I've wanted to dine here, for so long!!
The place is super cute and traditional from an American classic! They have a little terrace to enjoy a sunny day.
The menu is huge!! The food is fresh and well served, I love the pink lemonade!
It was super fun to see the girls skating around.
I really enjoy this place, definitely best diner in L.A.!! -

This place is not how I remembered it 10 years ago...I tried to remember the good times....menu is trimmed way down...
It started it off good. I ordered a beer. She came back and asked if I was ready. It only had been 20 seconds since I got my beer so maybe 2 minutes more would be ok to look at the menu...these next two minutes became 20 minutes...it's like she got offended because I took too much time to look at the menu...it was only 20 seconds...chill out...I'm the only other customer here...ordering food while the other table is the only ones eating...
I was the only 1 drinking a seasonal beer there waiting to get food today while the other table was eating at 3:30pm who were the only other people that were there...again I will repeat I was the only person waiting alone while playing on my cell phone and watching their provided tv for 20 minutes straight like an autistic person would do...I can see why Frisco's is so empty...this knock off Selena Gomez waitress rather be on her phone or folding oldies paper cars for the supposed future customers that are not even there...rather than help the only other customer looking to eat food...Maybe I'm just too ugly to help out...if only she helped me out sooner I would have left a tip...I just didn't because obviously she didn't feel like working. They may look cute on rollerblades but they only choose to help when they feel like helping...
Fast forward to eating my food around 4:10pm. An uglier dude wearing a jersey that said Jeffrey came in with sweat pants and wanting a waitress to sign his football happened to be a regular...he got all smiles and praised. Yo....he did not even order anything while I got service with a monotone blank stare and I was dressed nicely...
Again...I have to ask... was I too ugly to help out? Was it racist because I'm Asian? I grew up a white guy surrounded by white people. It turns out I guess I should just learn my foreign language and live with my Asian people is how I feel like... It doesn't matter if I grew up in California my whole life. That's just life...racism still exists...
She did apologize and gave a free desert on the house...but why would she ask if I wanted it to go? I have not received my food yet...Again I have to ask... was this because I was Asian? Why was she so anxious to get rid of me? Was she in a hurry to collect her tip because she was ready to clock out? I didn't leave one. It makes no sense to leave a tip when I have been neglected the whole time...I should have just walked out and not say anything but I have not ate anything all day...
It was so obvious she did not want to help me...I've been driving for so long doing errands before I arrived at Frisco's since 8am...I've been in a bad mood dealing with finding a new place to live and just getting in a car accident on 10/16/2019 which was 2 days ago from today... I thought this place would make me smile...I did not smile once. Maybe my stomach did but I didn't notice...
For a couple more bucks I should have just went to Hooters instead...I don't intend on coming back here...this place isn't the same...the girl who helped me last Monday was cool though. I was planning to stop by twice a month but that's alright. If they don't want my business I don't plan on coming back ever...I was beginning to like this place until today...I guess racism still exists in this sad world...
Maybe I should start smoking weed again...it's the only thing that has made me happy and made sense the last 4 years...I've been sober for the last 2 months straight. Reality just sucks...the uglier guy got more attention than a dressed person who has money...WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK...LOL that's when I realized... life is backwards...if I want to live backwards I should just move to Japan and teach English there... -

Came here for a birthday party and I must say the prices are ridiculous. I don't get how they are charging these prices for very average food.
I had the burger with the veggie patty; I think its black bean but they do NOT currently serve the Beyond patty of the Impossible burger. Damn, when they do get it, it will probably be $20.
Be careful of the menu's that have been posted here and are old. Many of the options are gone. No more Happy Hour and a lot of the dishes I looked up as a vegan were gone. -

My coworkers and I visited this American diner last night. The 1950's decor is absolutely adorable with loads of black, white, and pink! The booth in the center of the restaurant is shaped like a giant vintage car, and the music brings you to a carefree joyous state of mind. The waitresses speed around like ninjas from the kitchen to the tables in roller skates wearing adorable costume-like outfits. There are also smaller corner rooms and outdoor seating, but the restaurant is somewhat small.
For parties of 8 and more, you should call to make reservations. Having said that, I made reservations for Friday at 7:30 for 8 people, and it wasn't crowded at all. Parking is abundant.
As far as the food goes, the quality is better than Denny's, but expect diner food. They have salads, burgers, and sandwiches. The fries were delicious, and my friend enjoyed her vanillas shake -- which was embellished with a cute candy cane straw. If you're on a diet, there aren't really a lot of super healthy options. Service is good, and our waitress checked on us regularly.
Overall, I had a fun time and truly enjoyed the ambiance! Be aware that this place is more about a fun atmosphere than it is about gourmet food... ao adjust your expectations accordingly, and you'll enjoy it too. -

Had a great lunch in this 50's diner and the servers are on roller skates. Cool nostalgic ambiance and the food is great. Today I had the club sandwich with avocado and french fries. They were really good about refilling my drinks and the servers were so friendly. I really enjoyed the music at Frisco's and it reminded me of oldies radio when I was a kid.
